Voting Rights

Voting Rights measures the exercisable Voting Rights of shareholders in the hands of both black people and black women at shareholders meetings.

 

The Flow Through Principle (or Modified Flow Through as the case may be) is utilised in calculating the effective percentage voting rights held by black shareholders.
